Bradford City Council

GMP were appointed to produce and implement a communications plan for the Personalisation Programme within the Adult Services Department. Personalisation is the radical transformation of adult services within the UK and GMP’s remit includes both an internal and external strategy including a marketing campaign and implementation of the strategic plans.

 

Cheshire East Council

Gourley Marketing Partners were appointed for a short term project to help develop internal communications for this newly formed council. This included process for internal design and marketing support, development of an internal communications plan and development of their website.

 

MPG

GMP were initially engaged to market MPG to a new sector, this included creating a brand for MPG Legal, a new division of the MPG Group. The cornerstone of this brand was a new business brochure, designed for the legal sector and regular copywriting contributions to the law society’s Messenger Magazine. GMP also undertook sector based research for marketing activity in order to produce leads for a dedicated sales team. As the relationship developed, GMP replicated this marketing to other sectors across the MPG group of businesses.

Sport4Life

Sport4Life is a not for profit charitable organisation to which GMP offers PR support for a number of programmes, namely Urbanathlon, a multi disciplinary 5k race which is now in its third successful year, Personal Best, a pre-employment programme which utilises the opportunity to volunteer at 2012 to engage and lift the aspirations of economically inactive people back into the labour market, and New Futures, a training programme for young unemployed persons.

Business Chameleon

Business Chameleon are an IFA training and consultancy organisation who appointed Gourley Marketing Partners to manage their re-brand of the company and to manage a series of business seminar events.

 

The 24 Media Group

This busy media organisation required general marketing support especially in the areas of business planning and new product development. Gourley Marketing Partners were able to provide market reports on several new products that enabled the 24Media group to develop successful routes to market. The help provided by Gourley Marketing Partners not only raised the company’s profile and generated additional sales but also meant that the directors of the company could continue with their innovative software creations and solutions.

 

Astra Signs & Exhibitions

Looking to increase their turnover in a competitive marketplace Astra requested Gourley Marketing Partners review their current business and provide a marketing plan for the future. Gourley Marketing Partners carried out a full review looking at market potential, communication, promotional activity and competitive analysis. This report has allowed Astra to plan for the future and increased profitability.

 

Cabbage Hall Restaurant

Renouned North West chef Robert Kinsley approached Gourley Marketing Partners when he took over ownership of his first ever personally owned restaurant. Initially GMP were asked to help with the launch and continuing publicity for the first four months including managing Cabbage Hall’s inclusion into a number of prestigious food guides such as Hardens, the AA and Michelin. This evolved into a good working relationship which had GMP working with the restaurant for almost 12 months, in which time Cabbage Hall featured in most of the major food write-ups, both regionally and nationally.

 

Vermilion Restaurant & Cinnabar

GMP were engaged by Vermilion to increase public awareness of the restaurant and improve its profile as a destination. GMP were retained for six months, during which time they managed all of Vermilion’s day-to-day marketing activity including exhibitions, advertorials and press releases. GMP also implemented a strategic marketing campaign to raise profile, particularly within the business sector which included a number of events, special offers and the introduction of the vermillion taxi.

Cafe Istanbul Restaurant

After spending a successful thirty years in Manchester, when Cafe Istanbul got the opportunity to expand they chose GMP to manage the re-launch of their new look restaurant on Bridge Street. This included two events, the first a celebrity champagne reception and the second an intimate dinner for loyal customers, friends and influencers within the City.
